El conocimiento global en diversas aplicaciones de aire comprimido ha guiado el desarrollo de compresores de tornillo estacionarios personalizados. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Avances t\u00e9cnicos para su beneficio<\/strong><br \/>La ventaja de CHINAMFG radica en su construcci\u00f3n simplificada. Se utilizan menos componentes. Esto significa que <strong>Reducci\u00f3n de 60%<\/strong> en las partes principales y de desgaste y sobre <strong>70% menos tuber\u00edas<\/strong> y conexiones. Esto, a su vez, reduce considerablemente el riesgo de fugas, lo que hace que el sistema sea respetuoso con el medio ambiente. Funcionamiento seguro mediante transmisi\u00f3n directa sin correa trapezoidal. <\/p>\n<p><strong>El CHINAMFG CHINAMFG funciona de la siguiente manera:<\/strong><br \/>El aire ambiente es aspirado a trav\u00e9s del filtro de admisi\u00f3n y el sistema de control multifuncional hacia el bloque CHINAMFG. Este bloque consta de un par de rotores de tornillo. El rotor principal, accionado por un motor el\u00e9ctrico, arrastra consigo al rotor secundario. El aire es aspirado por la rotaci\u00f3n de ambos rotores entrelazados y se comprime continuamente. Durante la rotaci\u00f3n, se inyecta refrigerante en los rotores, formando una pel\u00edcula hidrost\u00e1tica entre el rotor principal y el secundario. La funci\u00f3n del refrigerante es sellar los rotores, lubricar los cojinetes y absorber el calor de compresi\u00f3n. Antes de que el aire comprimido salga del compresor (a unos 80 \u00b0C), se separa del refrigerante y se enfr\u00eda en el posenfriador hasta aproximadamente 8 \u00b0C a 12 \u00b0C por encima de la temperatura ambiente. A continuaci\u00f3n, el refrigerante pasa al bloque de control termost\u00e1tico y al filtro, antes de entrar en el enfriador, donde se enfr\u00eda desde aproximadamente 80 \u00b0C hasta 50 \u00b0C.
